You can buy a broadband dongle from 3 or similar and top it up per month as you need it. It should be fast enough to show the webcam, although they can cut every so often depending on the coverage. Does the church or museum have a wireless network you could use instead? You might be a bit too far away though.

Battery life could be a problem, although it would most likely be worse with a smartphone. I like the idea of having Twitter updates. This would also be a bit easier to do from a netbook. Good luck!

Stuart, LPP.stuarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06519870669266418177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517644049991406941.post-14998324432977834282010-12-27T09:17:44.080+00:002010-12-27T09:17:44.080+00:00Just to add Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, the project...Just to add Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, the project's third partner, to the list of AnnieF's credits in her recent comment....a partnership that seems to have worked very well as far as I can tell.....
AnonAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517644049991406941.post-38955906353180803872010-12-26T13:37:57.605+00:002010-12-26T13:37:57.605+00:00Merry Christmas Craig & all fellow bloggers, a...Merry Christmas Craig & all fellow bloggers, and of course our amazing hosts at the Peregrine Project, Derby Museum, Derby Cathedral and all the superb volunteers!
