News from Bucks ...... the Aylesbury pair are breeding but we don't know what is happening because the camera technology couldn't be made to work this year. The MK pair at the MK Dons Stadium are also breeding. There is a camera but no feed out to the Internet unfortunately. You asked a very interesting question. I think a peregrine needs to keep its eggs at around 37°C to 38°C for the chicks to develop inside them, which is about the same warmth as a human body. The adult peregrines are very good at keeping them at just the right temperature. I hope you get to see the chicks hatch.Saranoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517644049991406941.post-52575729794582638302018-04-23T14:18:54.417+01:002018-04-23T14:18:54.417+01:00Good to catch some action as Mrs DP returns to tak...Good to catch some action as Mrs DP returns to take over ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5H3sGaFQ1woWendy Bartterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17891296276992569703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517644049991406941.post-7769096325438805112018-04-23T13:40:13.268+01:002018-04-23T13:40:13.268+01:00Eggs looking good ... https://www.youtube.com/watc...Eggs looking good ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFrd7zur60kWendy Bartterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17891296276992569703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517644049991406941.post-86154091357804483252018-04-20T14:20:13.836+01:002018-04-20T14:20:13.836+01:00We can see the femel siting on the eggs. we saw t...We can see the femel siting on the eggs. we saw the peregrine changein from femail to mail . the eggs are looking good.
