I learnt last week when we had a similar problem that this is a common issue with many of Streamdays' other clients.

Whilst it may need our equipment restarting from inside the Cathedral, Streamdays themselves also have to delete a TEMP file on their servers which causes blocking of all further uploads of our pictures until they manually delete it.
So let's hope they can resolve it on Monday - I've emailed them to request it. Otherwise it'll probably be fixable until Tuesday lunchtime.

Meanwhile, I've swapped over the camera feeds so that our "Quad View" of three cameras and a logo appear on the stream that is still functioning.
Sorry I can't do more at this stage.

Nick MoyesPeregrine Project Member (Nick M.)https://www.blogger.com/profile/08206815980511978659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517644049991406941.post-40664689190267425602011-03-06T11:22:08.253+00:002011-03-06T11:22:08.253+00:00Anyone who may be suffering peregrine withdrawal s...Anyone who may be suffering peregrine withdrawal synptoms due to that frozen cam might find solace at Worcester Cathedral!

http://www.worcester.gov.uk/peregrine/#AnnieF.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12005659812540485097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517644049991406941.post-39692860316269625242011-03-04T22:19:40.278+00:002011-03-04T22:19:40.278+00:00? falcon by spout having supper and tiercel? watch...? falcon by spout having supper and tiercel? watching something very keenly.KerrySuffolkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11215130373373317060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-517644049991406941.post-21199083360993384122011-03-04T22:14:25.243+00:002011-03-04T22:14:25.243+00:00? falcon, has just flown off again.
